I find this series far more useful than than the similar "Virtual Pose" books. The "Art Models" female figures are not censored as they are in "Virtual Pose" and I find the photography superior. Through their website, this company actually asks for artist's input on what poses should be included in future books. Unlike a previous reviewer, I found no problem with the DVD - it worked flawlessly. I look forward to more great books in this excellent series!Update- The publisher has acknowledged a problem with some of the DVD's. Go to their website to get a replacement DVD or download! I am a fan of the Art Models series, and I have to say that the photos in the book look magnificent. However, if you are planning on using the DVD (which I consider essential for this series because it normally has higher-resolution photos than the book), you will be disappointed.Update: I contacted the publisher of this book, and he's been very accommodating in resolving the problem with my DVD. I've seen a few products of this kind for the artist, but none that included views from above looking down on each pose! I will be adding this book to my library for many years of future reference! |
